Stuck in the middle

Typical no sooner as I get a change to write anything I get stuck on rotation and ended up in the middle of the penguin pack during a surprising cold snap.  I wouldn't mind so much but it's taken me so long to get back here I can't remember all the things I was going to write.  I am sure they would have been deep and profound but now all I can think of is how best to taunt leopard seals.  I personal like to pull on their whiskers, but I have to have a couple of mates to help distract the seal first.  Can get quiet messy otherwise.  That and making a nuisance of myself with the scientists, that is fun standing behind them when they are doing something and making them jump when they turn around.  For a dare sometimes we get so close that we trip them over.  It's a bit painful those scientists are often rather lumpy, but for those watching close by it's the funniest thing ever.  Even some of the other scientists enjoy the sight - I think, they make some strange noise I believe it is called laughing.  Similar to what we do when we find something funny, but it just sounds odd.

Anyhoo just thought I'd pop on here quickly I feel the need to preen.
